Unfortunately we were so rushed at the end of yesterday that I didn’t get a chance see you before our departure.

I’d like to thank you and the Watermark staff for all your wonderful help and service at the conference and I look forward to our next one in July.
 

Wow what a great company launch we had, and many thanks to you and the staff for everything!! Everyone, including our Managing Director and his wife, were totally impressed throughout the weekend with the high level of service, divine food, and great location. 

We have much experience in organising and running meetings - we were delighted with the service that we received. We have never encountered better and would have no hesitation in returning in future and recommending your hotel to others.

Watermark Hotel is certainly as asset of which the Gold Coast should be proud. We really appreciate the friendly and professional assistance given by all the Hotel Watermark staff, and congratulate your chef, Andrew Dugard and his team, for the well chosen and innovative menu.

I would personally like to thank you and your staff for a fantastic week end the service was excellent and everybody enjoyed the weekend very much.
