To Make a Booking To make an online reservation, or to check for rates and availability, please select your preferred dates of stay using the calendar provided. You will be guided through the reservation process with clearly marked steps. On completion of your booking a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

Your receipt on departure will detail payment received. At check-in a credit card pre-authorisation is required to guarantee any incidentals. If a credit card is not available, a current form of photographic identification is required along with a cash deposit of $100 per stay and the total of the accommodation charges. This can be made with cash or via EFTPOS. Any unused portion of this deposit will be refunded on departure. Please be aware that Credit Card transactions incur a 1.5% transaction charge. Security At Watermark Hotel & Spa Gold Coast, we take the greatest care to ensure that your credit card details and other personal information are secured at all times. Our reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts your credit card information so that it is protected against unauthorized use. Terms & Conditions Watermark Hotel & Spa Gold Coast is a fully licensed hotel and all guests must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enter any part of the hotel including accommodation. Guests may be requested to provide Photo ID as proof of age or may be refused accommodation with full cancellation terms applying. The Club Watermark Lounge is an exclusive sanctuary for adults and as such persons under the age of 18 are not permitted. During the period of 20 Nov - 5 Dec 2010, all guests must be over 21 years of age or children must be accompanied by parents and not guardians. *Check-in time is from 2pm & Check-out time is 10am
