Stretching across the Waves and Amalfi Restaurants, take an International dining journey of discovery through the award winning interactive buffet including exotic Indian, Mediterranean, seafood and Asian. Culminating with mouth watering French inspired desserts, presented fresh to you by the friendly Chefs at Queensland’s best buffet restaurant all complemented by bottomless Australian beers, reds, whites, sparkling wines and soft drinks.
Join the after party at the hotel’s Zaba Tavern and Gaming Lounge for a great place to relax and recharge as you dance away to the house DJ and vocalist. Collect your sweep prize winnings; catch the post race wrap-up and the ongoing Spring Carnival festivities on the many huge plasma screens. Be amongst the first in the world to celebrate the new decade at Waves Buffet Restaurant including sumptuous interactive buffet dinner, flowing beer, wine, and soft drinks plus celebratory NYE bubbly.
From 8pm to 10pm, (EST) savour the delights of the various international buffet cooking stations, luscious seafood and culminating with dessert, tea and coffee plus the delicious chocolate fountain. Dance the night away with the live entertainment from 8pm until midnight and bring in the new year as you celebrate in style right
