Watermark Foundation
The Watermark foundation was formed on 1 November 2009 to raise funds for eligible charities, as decided by the Trustee.
The focus of the foundation is to work towards providing medical benefits for the wider community, rather than supporting single, individual needs, although the latter will not be excluded if the Executive Committee determines that a particular case warrants support.
Overview
For several years, Watermark Hotel & Spa has supported QIMR (Queensland Institute of Medical Research) in their quest to find a cure for cancer and a range of other infectious diseases.
Through the Watermark Foundation, we hope to continue and increase our support of QIMR and other worthy medial organisations. Funds raised will benefit selected charities and donations over $2 are tax deductible.
